Meditation on Twin Hearts
The Meditation on Twin Hearts is a gentle, guided mediation for all adults over 18 years of age. Whilst Kristina runs the Meditation on Twin Hearts in the community in Beaconsfield, not everyone feels confident or comfortable with meditating with strangers. This is perfect if you’re having a get together with friends, a pamper afternoon at home, or if you would like the Mediation on Twin Hearts to be a part of your company’s Health and Wellbeing schedule.

Children's Meditation on Stillness
Would you like to see your children happy, confident and settled? Does your child have problems with their sleep? Do they lose focus quickly? The Meditation on Stillness is a wonderful, short meditation that, when practised regularly, can help children settle, refocus, improve sleep and reduce anxiety and worries. Kristina runs these sessions for schools and community groups. This meditation is designed for children aged 5-11 (Reception to Year 6). Young Adults Relaxation
Being a young adult/teenager is hard! There’s exams, social pressures, social media… an accumulation of negative emotions - especially stress and anxiety can have a profound affect on young people, their confidence and self esteem. Kristina runs sessions in school and community groups to help young people manage their emotions, equipping them with simple yet effective tools to help them manage their stress and anxiety. This is absolutely essential on the build up to exam periods. These events are designed for students aged 12-18 (Year 7 to Year 13) with an emphasis on young adults about to embark on their exams.
